Event by Event, a Surrey-based live event agency specialising in event production, design, management & logistics, has been selected as a partner by Surrey Heath Borough Council for a potential ‘Camberley on Ice’ event.
Subject to licensing and planning permission, the event will launch with an official opening ceremony on 1st December and is planning to take inspiration from European Christmas Markets bringing an ice rink, a vintage fair, cafes & bars, a winter lodge, and the installation of 30 traders. Market stalls will also be dressed as sheds and huts to resemble German chalets to further enhance the customer experience over Christmas.
Should the planning and licencing process application prove successful, Event by Event will work closely with Surrey Heath Borough Council and approach local businesses, organisations, and communities to contribute towards an extensive entertainment programme designed for all ages. Reinforcing its objective to support the local communities, Event by Event would also fill internship roles from within Surrey to work on the ‘Camberley on Ice’ project.
Event by Event was founded in 2008 and has since worked with and provided its specialist event team to support some of the UK’s most recognisable events such as Winter Wonderland, Lambeth County Show, and the Zippo European Festival Roadshow.
